Ingredients

  • Small pink shrimp
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Red onion
  • Dill
  • Lemon
  • Scallion

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the red onion and thinly slice the scallion.
  2. Wash the shrimp in cold water, drain, and pat dry.

  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
