Shrimp Salad Recipe
This shrimp salad is a great low-carb recipe and fits perfectly in the keto diet. It is creamy and has a fresh taste. Perfect for a sandwich or toast.
We have been making salads in our house for as long as I remember. It was a typical birthday tradition, served as a canapé, sandwich, or with a bowl of soup. That is where I learned the art of salad making.

Low-carb Shrimp Salad
This recipe perfectly fits the low-carb diet. The creamy texture from mayonnaise and mustard makes it irresistible. It’s quick to prepare, ready in minutes, and perfect for lunch or a party.

Ingredients
- Small pink shrimp
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Red onion

- Lemon
- Scallion
Full measurements are in the recipe card below.

Instructions
- Finely chop the red onion and thinly slice the scallion.
- Wash the shrimp in cold water, drain, and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with lemon juice.
- Add mayonnaise and mustard, mixing well.
- Stir in dill and scallions thoroughly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.

How to Store
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze, as mayonnaise-based salads change texture when thawed. Fresh is best.
