- 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and mashed
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Increase heat to high, and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
- Boil, stirring often, until the mixture reaches 220°F (105°C).
- Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
- Ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Notes
